Does an organization really need an EWP?

While in the short term, a 9-5 job with pizza hangouts, game rooms & chai-sutta breaks might help build productivity, the fast-paced life in startups often leads to breakdowns in communication, stress and health concerns for both founders and employees. Addressing these issues is vital for the overall well-being and growth of the company.

What is an Employee Wellbeing Program?

An employee well-being program is an activity initiative, comprising of customized programs undertaken by the organization to ensure that their existing employees are supported within the system.

What programs are offered by your EWP?

Each EWP is tailored to your organisation after a rigorous needs assessment & offers 1:1 therapy, workshops & recorded videos. We also work at the policy level to create a program best suited for the company’s overall growth, productivity and cohesiveness.

How do I start?

After filling a 2 minute intake form, which provides us with some basic information about your company, a free consultation call with our CCO is booked. In this call we collaborate with the core team and founders to customize the EWP program as per the needs of the organization. This program email is sent within 24 hours of the consultation call.

Will I know what my team is saying about me?

We're committed to provide ethical, confidential services, which means all services availed by the employees will remain confidential and will remain between them and the mental health facilitator. Any information recorded will be only done for logistical tracking between both the allied parties, and with the knowledge of the said employee.

How will I know that your EWP is working?

Well, apart from your team being happy, we'll conduct consistent feedback with the employees & the founders and core team members. A successful EWP will ideally translate into better job satisfaction, more productivity, less absenteeism and improved work-life balance.
